JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with young children and their families in the home or an agency setting to build family resilience, support child development, and strengthen the parent-child relationship. Assess child and family needs, coordinate community resources, provide parent education in child development, and facilitate family goal setting. Document child and family progress and maintain a caseload of families.
